Feather Fascinator 100 - Part II

Yes,  I have another easy "Do It Yourself" fascinator.  This time it's with feathers and jewelry findings.  Just as easy as the floral fascinator.

Here's how:

Supplies -

Feathers
2 leather bases (recycled leather from old jacket.)

Not shown -
Hair clip
Tacky glue from JoAnn's
jewelry findings
Clothes pins

Step 1 -

Test Arrangement of feathers.

Step 2 -

Glue the feathers to the base.

Step 2b-

Back view.

Step 3 -

Clip two slits in the second leather piece.

Step 4 -

Slide clip through slits.

Step 5 -

Apply glue.

Step 6 -

Affix to base of fascinator.

Step 7 -

Clip clothes pins around the edge to hold the leather pieces together while the glue dries.  Let cure for at least two hours.

Step 8 -

Wear it.

Trena - You can purchase the snap clips at your local beauty store. They are very cheap; ten for $1.00. Or you can order them online.
