Hi Phyllis, Yes this is the Space Needle in Seattle, Washington. I was fortunate to go to Seattle for a conference last Spring and saw it for the first time. When I found this photo on flickr, I thought it would be a good one to use for my "Happy New Year" wish to my fellow bloggers/readers.
