Vogue 1015 - PT IV Finally Finished!

Last night I attached the flowers and hemmed the dress. Ms. CB asked that I shorten by it by 3 1/2 inches. Can you believe it! I have never owned a dressfoam; not ever. I think I need to buy one. So here a preview of the finished dress. Excuse the presentation. I'm holding it by the straps. More later..., I will post my final review.

    Nice dress. I like the flowers!

    It did look a little long in the preliminary post, but 3-1/2" seems like a lot to shorten.

    The dress is gorgeous:-) is she sure about the shortening??, three inches sounds really much, it could throw the balance off, try and talk her out of it. I've sewn for others too, I almost always made sure I had the last word, LOL!!! may sound like I'm a bitch but you know some people just don't realise, LOL!!!!!!

    yes friend, the dress is wonderful. You do not need the dress form to see what beautiful clothing. congratulations. it is a pity not to retain the original long, but still looks very beautiful. Hugs, Paco
